Underwear is washed after every use; kimonos are professionally cleaned and disinfected.

1. You can book via our website or customer support. The reservation is confirmed upon payment of the deposit.
2. Walk-in visits are accepted but subject to availability (reservations take priority).
3. Kimono Deposit: 1~4 guests ¥1,000, 5~8 guests ¥2,000. Photography Deposit: ¥2,000. Max 4 people per photographer.
4. Price includes kimono, bag, shoes, and basic hair styling. Makeup is ¥4,500/person. Elaborate hair styling is ¥1,700/person.
1. When will I receive my photos?
A: Photography must be booked in advance. Unedited photos are sent via cloud link within 2 days.
Retouched photos are delivered within 5 business days after your selection.

3. Can I reserve a specific design?
A: Yes, if paid in full. No changes allowed after arrival. We will contact you if the item becomes damaged before your visit.
1. Luggage Storage?
A: Limited space for large luggage. Please use nearby coin lockers or the "ecbocloak" app.
We store your changed clothes for free. Please keep valuables with you; we are not responsible for loss or damage.
2. Underwear?
A: We recommend a low-neck warm top (Heattech) in winter and a camisole in summer.
3. Sizes?
A: We have various sizes. Please contact us if you are over 180cm or have specific concerns.
4. Kids' Kimono?
A: Sizing is specific. Please provide gender and height when booking.
5. Makeup Service?
A: Must be booked in advance (¥4,500). We provide basic makeup only. No self-makeup space is available.
6. Fake Lashes?
A: We do not provide or apply fake lashes or eyelid tape.
7. Wigs?
A: We do not provide wigs. If you bring your own, styling fees apply, but styling may not be possible depending on quality.
8. About Obi (Belts)?
A: Lace/Komon plans include a half-width belt. Upgrade to a full formal belt (Otaiko/Flower knot) for +¥1,500~¥3,000. Formal kimonos include full belts.
1. Pregnancy?
A: For safety reasons, we cannot dress pregnant guests.
2. Cancellation/Changes?
A: Free cancellation up to 20:00 the day before. No changes allowed after that (including weather reasons).
3. Late Arrival?
A: We will do our best to accommodate you; however, arrivals more than 30 minutes late may be treated as a cancellation and are non-refundable.
Please check train schedules in advance.
4. Returns?
A: Return by 17:00. Late returns incur a ¥1,100/person fee and must be returned by 14:00 the next day.
5. Trash?
A: We can dispose of tissues, etc., but please take bottles and cans with you.
6. Is a deposit required for kimono rental?
A: A deposit of ¥10,000 per person is required when leaving the store. For premium furisode, the deposit is ¥20,000 per person. The full deposit is refunded upon kimono return.
What is included in the kimono rental price?
The price includes a full kimono set and basic hairstyling. Makeup is available for an additional ¥4,500. Choose from over 500 kimonos, from classic antique to modern lace styles.
When do I need to return the kimono?
You must return the kimono to the store by 17:00 on the same day. Returns after 17:00 require next-day return with an additional fee of ¥1,100 per person.
Is a deposit required for kimono rental?
A deposit of ¥10,000 per person is required when leaving the store. For premium furisode, the deposit is ¥20,000 per person. The full deposit is refunded upon kimono return.
How do I get to Ennichi Kimono?
We have two locations. Main Store (Shoken): 2-minute walk from TX Asakusa Station Exit A1, 5-minute walk from Ginza Line Tawaramachi Station Exit 3. Kaminarimon Store: 4-minute walk from Ginza Line Asakusa Station Exit 1, 3-minute walk from Asakusa Line Asakusa Station Exit A4.
